Rick has been in the landscape industry for over 40 years. He has been a member of the McAdam team for more than 15 years. Rick has worked in just about every facet of the landscape industry; garden center, greenhouse and nursery production and management, retail, re-wholesale, commercial maintenance and construction management. Rick currently works in construction management, scheduling jobs, client contact and helping to supervise four construction crews. He is responsible for the scheduling of crews and overseeing the production in the construction division of the company. Rick also manages 25 large commercial maintenance accounts, designing their seasonal color and enhancing their properties. Rick enjoys traveling, gardening, listening to music (big deadhead J), spending time with family and friends.
