Human Resources and Administrative Manager
Jennifer grew up around the company but has been full time with McAdam Landscaping since graduating college in 2013. Jennifer studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a double major in Psychology and Spanish. She oversees all the Human Resources of the company as well as Accounts Receivable. Fluent in Spanish, she also assists with any translating needs. In her role as Human Resources Manager, she has gotten to know our employees very well and she cherishes those relationships. She enjoys interacting with people and creating a positive, fun and safe workplace environment. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys running, being outdoors as often as she can, and spending time with family and friends.
